SQL Connection Issues

Hi,

I have restored my vault server and everything is working fine. I can connect to the repository and all is well.

The problem is that I need to restore my Vault Database from a backup but I am unable to connecto to MSDE using SQL Server Enterprise Manger. I do not know why as this has not been a problem before. Do you have any links on how to troubleshoot MSDE connectin issues from Enterprise Manager? If not then can you suggest how I can restore my Vault DB. When I go tothe Admin Tool I can not 'see' my backup in the backup tab and therefore am unable to hit RESTORE.

You probably need to register your SQL Server instance with Enterprise Manager:
