User filter in history search

There's an awful lot of whitespace on the user filter page in the history search. Can that whitespace be used to make the list larger, and perhaps even a multi-column list view instead of a single column list control? That would make my weekly status report a lot easier, since my username doesn't appear in the first screenful of that list, and I have to scroll for it.
