I am using Vault Client Version: 1.2.1.737 and I have a trunk that is pinned but I am unable to unpin it. When I go to the history explorer the unpin option is grayed out. When I open the history explorer window by choosing Show History and go to the tab to select Actions and choose only Pin/Unpin no results show. I need to be able to unpin this trunk. Any help you can provide will be appreciated as this trunk is definitely pinned.
thanks
Unable to unpin a trunk

If you log in from a client on another machine, is the trunk still pinned? Can you unpin from a different machine?this trunk is definitely pinned
You said you tried unpinning from History. Can you unpin by right clicking on the pinned folder in the folder tree and choosing "unpin?"

I tried on a different machine and I get the exact same results. It is still pinned and I cannot unpin it on that machine either.
If I right click on the pinned folder in the folder tree "unpin" is not an option.

Let's try this:
Close any open Vault clients on your machine (GUI, IDE). Delete the client-side cache files.

If that doesn't work, we'd like to see some screenshots of the pinned folder in the folder tree and the pinned item in history with pin options greyed out. You can post there here or email to Linda at SourceGear.com
