license issue

license issue

I just upgraded my old license to Gold Support in order to get v3.1. I was sent an email with a serial number for the two licenses I upgraded.

When I go to the Admin Tool | License tab and paste in the serial # I get a message that the serial # is for Gold Support and to go to the web site to get my valid license. I've looked over the site and support documents and don't see anything about how to get my license.

What do I need to do get the serial number in the License tab so I can log in?
