BUG: View folder history by item does not work

Right-clicking on a folder and selecting "Show History..." gives 2 options on the General tab. "View folder history by item" and "View folder history by version".

"View folder history by item" does not work. It brings up the History Explorer with Query Results of 0 rows.

If you switch to "View folder history by item" then the history explorer shows all versions and from there you can click a version and click details to see what was changed.

We are runing Version 3.1.0 (3494) on both the server and client.

Vault 3.1.1 has got a fix for this.
