Vault on hosted environment

Hi,
I'd like to use Vault on my hosted account. My service provider allows me to create SQLServer DBs, and to host .NET apps, but I am not allowed to run apps (as the vault msi installer)
I was wondering if is there any other way to setup the vault server.
Maybe installing vault on my machine, scripting the DB, and xcopying the web directory and the db to my remote server could work?

(changing the connnection string on the web.config, of course...)

It's possible to install Vault manually, but there's quite a bit of configuration to be done, plus permissions on the machine have to be set correctly.
