Error connecting to server

I made our source server a domain controller and enabled SSL on it today, after doing so, I'm getting the following error when I attempt to connect to it using the client.

Server was unable to process request. --> File or assembly name z799t-sz.dll, or one of its dependencies, was not found.

I tried reinstalling to no avail.

On Domain controllers, the Vault installer will use the IWAM_MACHINENAME by default, or you can choose to use a custom account or the System account for the ASP.Net process.

Make sure the account used by the ASP.Net process has full control of: "%windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\Temporary ASP.NET Files" folder.

Also check "%windir%\temp" folder. The ASP.Net process account needs Read/Write/Delete permissions.
