Integrating Vault with Query Analyzer
I apologize if this has been covered somewhere else, but I couldn't track anything down using the search.
I want to integrate Vault with Query Analyzer using the command line, the way you can with Visual Source Safe. I see opaque references to the command line client, but I don't see where it can be downloaded, and I don't see any documentation on this.
Thanks for any help.

The Vault Command Line Client is called vault.exe and can be found in the Vault GUI Client directory. For documentation, cd to the Vault Client directory and type vault help or vault helphtml.
We don't have any specific information on using the CLC with Query Analyzer commands. How are you planning to use two together?

If you go to the Tools/Customize menu of Query Analyzer, you'll see that you have the ability to add external tools. If I had command line functionality for Vault, I'd be able to define tools for Query Analyzer such as Set Project Path, Add Current File, Check Out Current File, etc.
If you look in Ken Henderson's book, The Guru's Guide to SQL Server Stored Procedures... (p.113), he goes into some detail on integrating Query Analyzer and VSS, so I was hoping to adapt these methods to our Vault installation.
