Useless Search pane

Why can't we do anything in the search pane? You can only select and copy there. We have a situation where we want to delete files with a certain extension from multiple directories in Vault. When I search I get a 1000 results from a 1000 directories. However in order to delete the files I have to go to a 1000 directories to delete them. This is not cool! How do I do this?

We do plan to add more functions for search results in the next version of Vault. I'll add your "vote" to the feature request.

Meanwhile you may be able to write a script to delete the files from your search results:

Thanks, managed to delete them with a script. The search pane really needs a lot more functionality. Hope this happens soon since the rest of the product impressed us. I do however like to search

so I guess it will be a anoyance I'll have to live for, for quite a while
