Email Notification

Hi,

We have upgraded our server and clients to Vault 3.1 and want to use the email notification feature but don't seem to be able to get it working.

We have setup all the credentials needed for the smtp server but it doesn't appear to work?

Does anyone have any ideas?

I'd like to see a screenshot of your Vault Admin Tool email settings tab (xxx out any sensitive info if you post) or Email linda at SourceGear.com.

Have users properly configured "watching" and an email address in their Vault GUI Clients?

Is there any error in the Vault server log file that corresponds to attempts to send email?
