Vault 2.06 can't connect to service

Server: Vault 2.05 (I think)
OS: Windows Server 2000 SP3

Sometime over the weekend our Vault service stopped working. I tried walking through the steps mentioned here: http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?p=2450

Step 1 worked fine. When attempting Step 2 the browser just sits there. No error no nothing. The same thing happens when trying to log into the Vault Client. Are there some more trouble shooting steps somewhere?

I try to log on to the admin application from the server itself and it just sits at the https://localhost/VaultService ....

Any help would be appreciated. We have tried rebooting and it doesn't seem to help. Thanks.

Could you send me a copy of the sgvault.log file in the %windir%\temp\sgvault directory on the Vault server machine? Email it to linda at SourceGear.com.

Has anything changed in your network, user accounts, .NET Framework version?
