When you add a new user to Vault, it automatically gives them access rights to all repositories on that server. Is there any way to stop this, as I'd rather give the user had access to none and I grant access as it's needed. I've looked through the docs but can't seem to find any reference to it.
Thanks

If you have Folder Security set on all your repositories, you could uncheck all the users' default rights and they would not be able to access any repository. You could then set their security settings in the Users->Security tab at your convenience.
If some repositories don't use Folder Security, you would need to deny repository access to the user in the user's security settings after you created the user.
We do have a feature request logged to make it easier to deny user access to repositories. I'll add your "vote."

Cool, thanks. I just want to avoid mistakes and simplify adding a new user to Vault. I'm unchecking them now, but as I get more and more repositories, it's getting more and more tedious.lbauer wrote: We do have a feature request logged to make it easier to deny user access to repositories. I'll look forward to the new feature then.
