Users continually get this error:

Did Prasanna get my email? In Vault 3.0.7, an iisreset.exe will cause the server to load a new tree from the database.

As for a permanent fix, Vault 3.1 Beta 3 has already solved this problem. Furthermore, Vault 3.1 should be released in the very near future.
