Query to set user permissions without using Admin Tool

Server 3.07.

Is it possible to do the following in a batch by executing a query against sgvault DB:

1. Set user default permissions to nothing (instead of the default RCA).

2. Enable/Disable access to all repositories for a all users.

3. Enable/Disable access to a specific repository for a set of users
(providing that RepositoryID and all UserIDs are known)
