"The Client was Unable to Locate the Key file" - E

Hi,

I have SOS 4.1 for Client Windows.

I have Imported the User key file in Client.

When I Login to server the following error message comes

"The Client was Unable to Locate the Key fileC:\Docs...\SOS\dpk.Key"

But I found the another one key file in "C:\Docs...\SOS" this folder.
named as "192168001071.key"

But the SOS asked with different name.

The error messagae indicates your login string gave the server name as "dpk" and there was no server key with that name. It's probably that the encryption key (.iky file) was created using the IP address of the server, so you would need to connect using the IP address. Unless of course 192168001071.key is for another server entirely.
