Err Mess - Unable to Locate Key file - SOS 4.1-when login

Hi,

I Imported the user key file in client SOS.
But when I Connect to server and Login the system says the following

"The Client was Unable to Locate the Key file " C:\docs.....\ABC.Key

The Error Dilog box contains one folder path.
But the folder contains another one key file 09345467676.key

Try connecting with the Server IP address instead of the server name. It looks like the .key file was created using the server IP.
