Operation Failed on Get from project History

Hi having a problem with SOS 4.1

Trying to get a project using a specific label from the project history, and
am just getting the "Operation Failed " error.

I can do a GetlatestVersion ok, and I can get individual files ok, but cannot get the whole project in one go.

Any ideas would be helpful thanks

So you can get portions of the project by label, but not the entire label at once? Can you get the entire label using a VSS client?

If this is a very large project, there may be something closing the connection after a period of time. Check firewall settings to see if this might be the case.

Another suggestion is to run Analyze on your database, as minor database corruption could be causing a problem:

If you continue to experience difficulty, I'd like to see a copy of the log file. Put logging in verbose mode:
