Hello,
I have a remote developer on my team using Vault integrated with Visual Studio. This developer has a solid network connection and has no trouble emailing/messaging me, but at the same time, she has intermittent problems with access to the Vault server. I do not experience any of these problems. We are using the same url to access Vault. Specifically,
-she can login into Vault via the client
-she cannot get the latest version
-in VS, she cannot login to Vault
-in VS, she cannot get the latest version
This happens from time to time, but seems to solve itself without any changes.
Do you have any recommendations for debugging this problem? Or any guidance on configuring Vault for better availability? I am not sure if we are having general intermittent network problems, or if we are configuring Vault in such a was as to cause these sorts of problems.
Thanks,
Michael

Intermittent problems can be hard to diagnose.
How long does it take to resolve itself -- a few minutes, hours?
Does the Vault log file (%windir%\temp\sgvault\sgvault.log) report any errors during the times she can't login?
What's different between her network connection and yours --firewall, proxy, etc?
What error(s) does she get when this happens.-she can login into Vault via the client
