Users Error

We have been having some troubles. Some of the users get corrupted. I say corrupted, because it starts to behave strange, for example, we cant get latest version, or it says a file is checked out by another user when it is not. Our only solution at this moment is to get rid of that user, and create a new one. Do you know how to solvethis problem. We are using Vault 3.0.7.

It sounds like your client side cache files are out of whack. If that were the case, you should be able to shut down the Vault client delete them. Restarting the Vault client will recreate the cache files. I'd be interested to what the failures are when you try to get latest but it doesn't work.
