We have had an employee leave and would now like to reuse his license. When I delete him and add a new user the new user appears in all of the history created by the previous user.
So we had FRED create a file.
Fred has now left and his license is now used by Joe.
When we look at the history it shows Joe as creating the file not Fred.
This is a major problem for us. As we effectively consume a license for every person who has ever worked here if we want to keep the history.
