As can be seen by the attached image, there are a bunch of records that are showing twice (all the ones in the WIP stream). Details here are that I'm reporting from the repository root, and that the stream that is duplicated (WIP) has been branched to 5.2. Yet if I report on the 5.2 stream I don't get any history (I'm asking for history on one user only -- this user worked on WIP before it was branched). I'm assuming that the branch is to blame, since it's the first and only branch since switching to Vault. I'm using 3.0.6. Thanks for any hints on how to resolve this.

Can you give a little more info about the file? For instance, is it shared? A shared file will give history for each distinct instance in the folder. If the item is in a shared folder, duplicate entries will also be seen in a history query.

From the looks of your screen shot, this does look as if sharing is playing some part of the history query.
If you want to investigate this a little further, you can contact me using the email button at the end of my post.
