Could not get public key from server

I installed IIS v5.1, MSSQL 2000, Vault 3.0.7, Vault Admin Tool 3.0.7, Vault Client 3.0.7, along with .Net Framework v1.1 with SP1, on a Windows XP Professional w/SP2 machine. I can see the VaultService and VaultService.asmx pages.

When I try to use the Admin Tool and try to login, it comes up with the error message:

Could not get public key from server

What do I need to do?

The permissions for the

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys

needed to have permissions set to Full Control for the Everyone group.

Problem solved.
