Another FogBugz Notification Question

Hi. Once I set up a web server to spoof a FogBugz server and catch Vault check-ins. Are notifications sent if a Vault file is moved or deleted? I'm running with the latest 3.x versions.

If not, what other options/hacks are available to track this sort of thing?
