not a valid Vault license number

We are running Vault 1.2.1. We have a 5 user license and a 2 user license.

We just purchased another single license. When I try to add the license in the Admin app and paste in the serial number, it number does not work for me.

The message says "The license number entered is not a valid Vault license number."

Any suggestions?

Check the formatting. Sometimes this gets messed up when the serial number is emailed. A Vault serial number is three lines, each with eight groups of five characters each.
