All Vault Operation failed

Below are the errors when i tried to perform some operation on Vault:

i) When check out, i got the follwoing error msg:
A database error has occured (FailDBInsert)

ii) When delete the following error occured:-

[23/05/2005 15:36:30] Delete $/C12-001-002(Flash RND)/Documentation/Temp/Autocad/acad.err
[23/05/2005 15:36:30] Ending the transaction
[23/05/2005 15:36:32] Server unavailable for transaction end
[23/05/2005 15:36:32] An exception was encountered during the transaction. Exception: Exception of type System.Exception was thrown. at VaultClientOperationsLib.ClientInstance.Commit(ChangeSetItemColl givenItems, Boolean keepCheckedOut, Boolean removeLocalCopy, Boolean bIsImport, DateTime dateImport, Int32 nUserIDImport, Int64& nRevID)
[23/05/2005 15:36:32] Transaction failed
[23/05/2005 15:36:32] Transaction failed

Early in the afternoon, one of the user tried to check in some files which are more than 102400KB in one transaction. Could that be the course of the problem? How do i get the Vault Server to run again. I have restarted the Server PC and the error still there.

Look in the Vault server log file, in %windir%/temp/sgvault - it should have more info about what the error actually is.

Hi,

It is due to the database size exceed 2GB. I was using MSDE 2000. Now it is upgraded to SqlServer 2000. Was not aware of that limitation earlier on.
