Exception during Merge - FailInvalidRevision

I'm using 3.0.6 on client and server. I'm running the Merge wizard, I select the source folder, the target folder, then the changes to be merged. Then in the Moves and Shares window, after sitting Analyzing for a while I get a FailInvalidRevision exception. I'm including the text of the exception here. Let me know if there is any other info you need.
