Wishlist: recursive e-mail watch

Post by erict » Wed Apr 27, 2005 3:09 pm

Dear Santa, please add this to my wishlist:
The watched path in the Email tab of the client seems to need every project that is to be watched. It would be nice if we could have a recursive check-box like in Search, so I don't have to add 50+projects to the list.
Thanks ! PS: I've been good (so far...)

It works recursively for me. The only path I have is $/, and I get notifications for everything.

Oops -- So much for being good. I must have not tried this properly. I have not gotten any e-mails because I didn't want to bother putting in all the projects, I just did the same, $/. I better check my SMTP settings.
Thanks for pointing this out.

Yup, it works

My bad -- had the wrong SMTP info.
Interestingly, a rollback does not cause an e-mail to be sent, even though it changes the latest version. I think a rollback should also trigger an e-mail.
