Error during Show Differences

We get the following errors on some machines when upgrading from 2.0.3 to 3.0.2. When performing the "Show Differences" process, the Client displays the following message.

This application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

We have tried this without success. Affected machines run WinXP, and frameworks 1.0 and 1.1. Please help.

This behavior has been fixed for the next Vault release (3.1).
