Zip files for Client and Client API Packages

Since it is not a given that the user attempting to install the Client or ClientAPI packages is running windows, or that a windows user attempting to unpack the API package has the OS permissions to run an MSI file, I request that these two packages also be provided in the form of Zip archives.

I've essentially been doing this myself by installing the client on a Windows machine, boxing up the Vault Client directory into a zip, and moving it over to my Linux box for use with Mono... it's needlessly complicated and relies on the user having administrator rights on a windows machine, which seems an unreasonable requirement to run the client.

Yes, this is a cheesy solution for Linux users. We'll have a zip file available for the 3.1 release.
