i have VS.NET project in folder WinVAX and some shared with other projects file are located ..\shared.

1) why when I add WinVAX project to Vault it also add some(not all dependicies) file from share?

2) how can i add some shared file without solution to vault and when i get solution from server it sould be checked out too?
