Version synchronisation

Is it possible to synchronise files present in two or more VSS databases using source offsite? i.e., if the same file is present in more than one location (VSS databases), can we use SOS to reflect a change made to the file at any location at the other locations too?

SOS doesn't have any builtin function to synchronize multiple VSS databases.

A workaround might be to:

Checkout the file from Database A. Get the other file from Database B. Copy the file from Database B over the checked out file from Database A.

Checkin the file from Database B into Database A.
