Feature request: Details should not be required

When adding a new item to Dragnet, I'm often irritated to be told 'Please fix the following errors: Details is required'.

Sometimes, the description of an issue is enough (at least to get started), and no details are needed.

I just type an 'x' and press 'Submit' to get on with what I'm trying to do, which makes me feel like an order-entry clerk using a 1980's mainframe thing.

It's obvious that some string called 'Details' is not logically required to add an item. This is workflow control issue, and I'd like to decide it for myself, please.
