I've just purchased a new license for Vault. After adding a user, I am now getting the error: "The number of active users exceeds the number of currently available licenses." Vault Admin indicates that I have 9 permanent user licenses and 9 active users - which includes the new license and the user.
I have had this same issue one other time, and got around it by rebooting my server - a luxury I no longer have.
Any thoughts as to what's happening?

Hmmm. Not sure what could be going wrong. If you can't restart the machine, can you restart IIS? Just go to a command prompt and type 'iisreset'.
