Our vault license ran out today. In preparation for that we purchased a new batch of gold subscriptions last week. When I put that subscription number into the vault admin tool it complains that I need a vault license number. How do I resolve this as our team is now locked out of vault. I did leave a message with support last week and haven't heard back.

The numbers have changed.
You'll need two pieces of information:
1) The old Vault 1.x / 2.x serial numbers
2) The Gold Support numbers
Go to https://store.sourcegear.com/sgstore/va ... grade.aspx and enter in the information in Step 1 ( old serials ) and Step 2 ( Gold subscription ).
Click Submit on the bottom, and this will take you to a new page with the Vault 3.x serials. Once you have that information, make sure to print / save the page to have a copy of the new Vault 3.x serial numbers, as this will be your main copy of the serial numbers.
