Newbie installation problems

Installed version 3.06 on a Windows 2000 server. Connecting to SQL server on another server.

The following error is reported when trying to log in using the admin tool:

Access denied to 'C:\inetpub\wwwroot\VaultService\VaultWeb'. Failed to start monitoring file changes.
