This is a fairly generic message, thrown by the Source Safe Automation component, so we'll need more information.Error processing client message
Is this a new problem? Was SOS working properly before?
What's happening on the client side when this log item is generated -- is the user able to connect? Are other users already logged in? Does it happen to all users or just this user.
When the server is restarted, does SOS work properly for a while?
