Unknown file status after VSS import

I've just imported my VSS database and all the files have a status of Unknown. I've read that this can be fixed by doing a get on the files, but I also read that this was going to be fixed in the future. I'm using Vault 3.0.5, but I'm guessing that this issue hasn't been fixed yet?

I tried downloading just one file instead of all the files and that seems to have re-synched all the files in that directory (the status went to blank). However, none of the files in the sub-directories were re-synched. All the posts that I've read said that you should do a get on all the files. Is that the case or if the status goes back to blank from downloading just the one file am I okay?

When it gets a file in the directory, it checks all of the other files in that directory. To fix this for all the files in your working folder, right click on the top directory and Get Latest Version.

If the status is blank, then the file is no longer unknown, and you can safely go on with your work.
