We noticed this bug while evaluating Vault 3.0.5:
If you check-in with the keep-checked-out option and some files didn't change and you have undo-check-out option selected for unchanged files on check-in, then it does not keep the unchanged files out after the check-in.
This causes problems for our robohelp writers because they check out the entire project when working on it and check it all back in periodically but keep it checked out to keep working. They then have to manually go back and check out the files that didn't change.
