I.E.,

1) What changes have been made between start/end date?

2) Who has made the most changes

3) # of lines changed between start/end date

4) Email notifies

5) Size of Vault DB/files

A history query can provide that information.

2) Who has made the most changes

A history query can give you the data. Importing the output to a spread sheet would help with the rest.

3) # of lines changed between start/end date

I'll add your name to the list of users who have made a Request for Enhancment (RFE).

4) Email notifies

This is configured within the Vault GUI client. See the Email tab to set up a watcher for changes within a repository.
