Linux client 3.5.3 on Gentoo w 2.6 kernel

Hello everyone,

I have trouble running SOS client on Gentoo 2004 r3, 2.6 kernel.
sos: dynamic-link.h:57: elf_get_dynamic_info: Assertion `! "bad dynamic tag"' failed.
Aborted

Is there any way to fix it?

Is this a new problem? Was the SOS client working properly before?

Did you build your own client from our source code or use one of our builds?

If you used our build what versions of GTK+ and GLIB are on your machine?

SourceOffSite 3.5.3 was built with GTK+ 1.2.7 and GLIB 1.2.7 and doesn't work properly with the later libraries.

Hi Linda,

This is a new install.

My GTK is later build. There is old and new GLIB, not sure if
client is picking old one.

I would build from the sources if I knew where to get them,
this is probably the best way... Could you tell me?
