Read-only access for user is not being enforced

Hello,

I have added a new user to Vault - they have access to all repositories, and they aren't a member of any of the set groups. I gave this user Read-only access, but when they access the repositiories they are able to checkin/checkout/delete anything.

What am I doing wrong?

Do you have folder security enabled for the repositories?

In the Admin Tool, go to the repositories tab, choose the repository and go to Properties. Is the Enable Folder Security checkbox checked for the repositories you want that user to have read only access to?
