Checkin sometimes undoes checkout

OK, next question for anyone who hasn't specified this yet: Is anyone NOT using CRC checks? This was introduced in 3.0, so it could be the culprit. It looks like the IDE client is not the problem, since it is happening in the standalone client as well.

Hate to say it- but I don't use CRC-
someone earlier in thread suspected problem actually went away when using CRCs:

This seemed to happen to myself and my team maybe once out of 20 checkins... When I switched to using CRCs to determine file modification instead of last write time, it went away.
