Has anyone experienced Vault Client not refreshing? I have a colleague who could not see any of his newly added files whilst I could. Visual Studio seemed to get out of sync and didn't allow him to check his items back in.
I then had to go into my client and delete the items from Vault in order for him to check in.
Would anyone be able to provide an explanation for this?

Once Visual Studio gets confused about what is under source control, it sometimes takes drastic measures to get it back in sync again. One trick to try is to bring up the Vault GUI client and do a Get Latest from there while VS is not running, and the invoke VS.
However, I'm afraid I don't have much insight into the exact problem you had unless it can reliably reproduced.
