Newlines in merge wizard comments

Newlines in merge wizard comments

I just noticed that in the comment column of the merge branches wizard version selection screen, newlines are not being converted into something the control can display, and are displayed as the open box character. The same thing happens when the comment is copied into the comment field on the next page.

Client and server are both 3.0.1.
