Web Client documentation?

I was just wondering if there is documentation available on the web client somewhere.

Specifically however, I was just asked if there was a URL that could be specified that references the latest version of a file instead of a specific one?

(The Web client browses to a page where there is a link to retrieve any specific version of a file [using ?version=n] but no link for the latest version).

No, there is no documentation on the web client.

You can say ?version=-1 to get the latest version.

Is the web client available as a part of all versions (1, 2, and 3) of Vault or is this just a part of version 3?

The web client was introduced in Vault 2.0.
