Vault has become a focal point for most development work for our company. Almost all our developers have the client GUI open at all times. I've got two additions to our wish-list for the GUI.
1) On the context menu (mouse-right click), have an "Explore working folder" and open the MS Explorer.
2) Similarly, have an "Open with ..." that lets one pick the application. Having to browse to select an application is no fun - and then forgetting that you ever used the application even worse. For example, I regularly edit .htm files. For general usage, I like having the file association for .htm set to IE. However, from vault I almost always want to Edit using Dreamweaver.
Thanks,
Don

Don:
1) Try the right hand side (tree view) of the source tree. You should see "Explore Working Folder" from the "File" menu or the context menu on one of the tree folders. I'm using Vault 2.0.3.
2) Hold down the "Shift" key. Invoke View or Edit on the file in question. You should see a dialog asking you which program to use with the file. You can choose the program from that menu.
The options for this dialog are not stored with any associated file type. I've logged an enhancement request for that feature.
