exception during login

I just installed the SourceOffSite v4.1 server on one of our machines here, and I haven't been able to successfully login yet. Every time I try on the client, I get an error that says "The server was unable to connect to the SourceSafe database. Check the server's log file for additional info." When I check the log file, I get the following cryptic error messages:

2/14/2005 9:57:45 AM - 1: Exception during Login: COM object with CLSID {783CD4E4-9D54-11CF-B8EE-00608CC9A71F} is either not valid or not registered.

I can connect using regular SourceSafe to this machine with no problems whatsoever. I've tried rebooting, as well as reinstalling, and the problem persists. I haven't yet been able to successfully login. I'm attaching the relevant part of the log for your review. Please let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks,
