The Vault GUI client and all its dialogs/forms have a tendency to come up partially off-screen (too far to the right).

I think you should make sure that they start completely on-screen.

What version are you running? There were issues with dialog placement a couple of versions ago, but all of the known ones were addressed.

The problem is at least for the "Commit" form, the "Add" form and the main window itself.

Perhaps it makes a difference that I have the "Taskbar" placed vertically rather than in the bottom.
