Version Bug - Version Fix

Post by michaelm » Wed Jan 26, 2005 2:18 am

Hi,

I can enter the Version of the app when (eg) a Bug is reported. But how can I enter the Version of the app in which it got Fixed?
Also: I would like to run queries against both versions to have reports of entries & reports of fixes / addidtions to a certain version.

TIA,

Michael

If you have one of the "custom" feilds available, you could use one of those feilds to store the version fixed.

You can change the label for the custom field to whatever suits your needs from the Database Options page.

We are planning on adding the abiltiy for the user to define more custom fields in a future release.

Thanks Mary Jo,
I did that.

It will be nice to have more custom fields.

Michael

One issue remains though :(

It seems I can't select "my" custom field as an output of the Query results....

We will try to get the option to display custom columns in the query results in the next release (version 1.0.2).

1.0.2 should be out in the next couple weeks.

Thanks Team,
We will try to get the option to display custom columns in the query results in the next release (version 1.0.2).
I value the effort high.
