Proper method for moving a directory
Greetings,
I am looking for the proper method of moving a directory in vault. If this is done, does the history reflect the move?
I have:
c:\src\shelf
I would like to move the shelf directory and all its contents to:
c:\src\bookshelf
What is the proper method of doing this?
We only use the Vault GUI with a CVS style.
Thanks.

Perhaps this was to simple of an example since the directory could of simply been renamed what about moving:
C:\src\deep\deeper\stuff
to
C:\src\stuff
Can this be done and retain history of the folder or indicate that it was moved?
Or, is it just a case of the directory and all of its files where deleted at some point and another directory was added?
Thank you for your time.

Moving around files on your local disk does not work.
Move is available from the "File" menu. Search for Move within help, or see the on-line documentation - http://download.sourcegear.com/misc/vau ... /move2.htm
